We're not raising our prices today.

I know that's an odd thing to announce.  Why would I send out an email announcing that we're NOT raising prices?  Well, not to blow our own trumpet or anything, but I really just wanted to remind everyone that here at HarmonySite, we have actually NEVER raised our prices!

Inflation is rife around the world, but not here at HarmonySite.  We have not raised our prices even once since HarmonySite was launched.  When HarmonySite was first created as a product with a price, back in 2013, it cost $250 per year. It still costs $250, 12 years later - and that's after the product has been expanded and improved considerably - with an AI Chatbot, dozens of new features and capabilities, more support staff, upgraded servers, and more.  Still $250!

Most companies these days seem to prioritise returns for shareholders over everything else.  Whilst that's increasingly normal, to me that just seems grubby, grabby and greedy - totally incompatible with a product that has "harmony" in its name!  You guys - our customers - are all not-for-profits, spreading music and joy to the world.  You've chosen us to provide you with a website, and so we consider you all FAMILY - NOT the people to squeeze maximum profits from.

FYI, $250 in 2013 would be worth, adjusted for inflation, $347 today.  So $97 per year is how much we're NOT raising our prices.
